Health Canada (HC) has amended the "List of Permitted Food Enzymes" by allowing for pectinase (Trichoderma reesei RF6197 & T. reesei RF6201) in single-strength fruit juices, unstandardized fruit and vegetable products and wine. {refer to actual List for conditions of use and permitted levels}

The detailed HC document "Notice of Modification to the List of Permitted Food Enzymes to Enable the Use Pectinase from Trichoderma reesei RF6197 and from Trichoderma reesei RF6201 in Single-strength Fruit Juices, Wine, and Unstandardized Fruit and Vegetable Products - Reference Number: NOM/ADM-0109" has not been posted to the HC website.
